RenConnect is Renaissance’s secure connectivity platform that acts as a digital bridge between employer systems and Renaissance, simplifying how data is exchanged and managed across dental, vision, life, disability, accident and other Renaissance products. It integrates with existing platforms and file formats — including EDI 834, Employee Navigator XML, and flat files like .csv, .xls, and .xlsx — so eligibility and enrollment data can flow cleanly into the Renaissance Operating System (ROS).

Once connections are configured and tested, RenConnect facilitates fast, consistent data transfers and offers real-time visibility into policy and enrollment activity, helping keep claims, billing and policy administration in sync and reducing manual fixes for brokers and HR teams.
