Manage Your Group Benefits

Our innovative technology and resources help simplify the benefits administration process. Here’s what you need to know about managing your group benefits plan online, helping your employees access our member portal, finding in-network providers and submitting claims.

Managing your company’s benefits plan is easy and convenient with RenBenefitsAdmin, our secure online portal for group employers. Through the portal, you can:

  • Manage employee eligibility
  • View benefit information
  • Submit and review claims
  • Print ID cards
  • Add coverage

You will receive your login credentials via your welcome email. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a demo of the portal, contact your account manager. They can review portal features and guide you through the benefits administration process.

A separate online portal is available for your employees. Through MyRenBenefitsManager, employees can view coverage and claims information, request ID cards and submit claims.

We’ve partnered with leading national and regional PPO networks to provide the best choice and value for your employees’ dental coverage. Plus, our partnership with VSP provides access to one of the largest vision networks in the country.

You and your employees can find in-network providers through our online provider search.

Submitting claims electronically is simple and convenient. If you prefer to use a manual form, just visit our dedicated page to download the appropriate forms and find step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process.

Life and Disability Claims

Submit online via the Renaissance Employee and Employer portals.

Dental Claims

Dental offices should use Electronic Payer ID RLHA1 to submit claims.

NOTE: If the member number on the ID card is a six-digit number starting with one, call 800-894-4532 for eligibility and customer support.

Solstice DHMO dental claims

Dental offices should use Electronic Payer ID 76578 to submit claims,
or email contact@solsticebenefits.com.

Vision Claims

VSP doctors will submit claims on the patient’s behalf. To submit an out-of-network claim, visit VSP or call 800-877-7195.
