No matter how you manage your data, RenConnect℠ meets you there. Choose the connection style that works best for your systems:

  • EDI Integration (834 format): Secure and standardized. Provide an IP address and receive unique credentials for test and production file transfers.
  • Employee Navigator XML: Enrollment data is submitted via the EN portal—Renaissance handles the mapping and testing.
  • Flat File Transfer: Send .csv, .xls, or .xlsx files through a secure channel with vendor-specific credentials.
  • Coming Soon: API Connectivity: By late 2025, RenConnect℠ will support API integration, enabling real-time updates and instant data sync between systems.

  • Kickoff & Implementation Call: We schedule your implementation call within 5 business days of case confirmation.
  • Paperwork + System Setup: While your team completes necessary paperwork and setup, our team installs policies in just 2 business days.
  • Secure Connection Exchange: Credentials and connection details are exchanged between Renaissance and your platform.
  • File Testing & Validation: You’ll send test files, and we’ll review and respond within 2 days. We repeat this cycle until everything passes.
