Rollover Maximum

Our Rollover Maximum program ensures members receive the best value from their dental coverage year after year because they practice good oral health.

Through the program, members will have more money available for dental services as long as they have a claim for diagnostic and preventive dental services each benefit year.

Rollover Maximum ensures unused benefits don’t go to waste

To qualify for the Rollover Maximum at least one dental claim per benefit year for a diagnostic and preventive procedures must be submitted. The total services submitted during the year must not exceed your annual maximum, and the total dental claims paid per benefit year must not exceed $500 (and include at least one dental claim for a diagnostic and preventive procedure). When the Rollover Maximum is earned, you receive $250 toward next year’s Rollover Maximum.

You can earn Rollover Maximums in subsequent years to enhance your benefits even more! Rollover Maximums can be earned from one year to the next, up to the maximum amount of $750.

If you aren’t able to earn the Rollover Maximum because you do not have a dental claim for a diagnostic and preventive procedure or because you exceed the total dental claims paid amount, you can still earn the Rollover Maximum in subsequent years. Using the same guidelines, you can earn the Rollover Maximum without having earned it in previous years so that you can always increase the value of your benefits!
