  • Base Benefits: Loss of life, loss of hand/foot/sight, loss of speech, loss of hearing, seat belt, airbag, spouse training, child education and repatriation.
  • Optional Enhanced benefits for:
    • Quadriplegia
    • Paraplegia
    • Hemiplegia
    • Triplegia
    • Uniplegia
    • Common Carrier Hazard (Child Care Expense, and Coma)
  • Between $50,000 and $500,000, depending on the number of covered employees and total adjusted volume.
  • Larger amounts are available depending on case specifics and evidence of insurability satisfactory to the underwriter.
  • Supplemental amounts depend upon plan design, the number of eligible employees and participation level.
  • Spouse from $2,000 to $250,000
  • Child from $500 to $10,000
