Applicants will work in our downtown Indianapolis office. Due to COVID-19 we have some employees working from home. However, we plan to have employees return to the office when possible.

Customer Service Representative Info:

  • Handle inbound and outbound interactions
  • Manage a high volume of calls, while you take your time with every customer, as needed
  • Help guide our customers through enrolling in benefits
  • Assist with payment questions
  • Have a hunger to research and help resolve any claim questions for our customers

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year in a customer service role – preferably call center
  • Must have a high level of integrity, dependability, and customer focus
  • Be coachable, teachable, and flexible
  • Interest in providing upsell opportunities without the pressure of meeting quotas
  • Ability to take phone calls, utilize e-mail, web-chat, voicemail, faxes, and other professional written inquiry functions
  • Must be proficient in all Windows-based software applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability and desire to obtain and maintain required insurance licenses
  • Employees will be expected to work in our downtown Indianapolis office

remote today due to COVID-19.
